The question is not whether the Clintons are good people I believe they are good people. I believe that they did a great deal of good for the country. But, I also ackowledge that there is a huge segment of people in this country who just hate them. I don’t think their hate is fair or even rational, but America doesn’t have time to sort that problem out.

Like many people who suport Sen. Obama, I have nothing but respect and high regard for the Clintons but fear that Sen. Clinton in the White House would just be red meat to the very people we must now grapple aggressively with on ISSUES.

It’s not fair, it’s not right, but that’s the way it is. Sen. Clinton has proved to be an outstanding Senator and I am sure that she will continue to be one of the more outstanding members of that Chamber. (Should I have said August Body?)

I don’t want to give the other side something to bitch about. We have seen these last few weeks just how relentless they have been – pouncing on every word either Bill or Hillary said and turning it into a gotcha’ moment.

Can America stand another four years of that?

Though the media is turning this into a referendum on the Clinton Presidency, or the character of the Clintons themselves, we should keep focus on the fact that it is NOT the Clintons who have run this country into the ground these last 8 years!

For younger Americans, it is more important to go forward.

I believe Senator Obama can do that and in saying so, I mean no disrespect to the Clintons.

In fact, should Sen. Clinton win the nomination, I and millions of other supporters of Sen. Obama will support her.

But I would prefer Sen. Obama.
